As part of our ongoing effort to educate and raise awareness to the public and parents about the dangers of drugs we will be running a multi-part series on abused drugs over the next several months. In light of the report released in December 2010
Monitoring the Future public perceptions are changing in regards to risk and harm of particular drugs.
There is also much in fact and myth surrounding many drugs that the teens, parents and the public are not aware. It is through this series that we will be putting the spot light upon drugs that are available and out there and the risks to them.

Each series will provide information about patterns and trends as well as about common pathways to use of each particular of drug. In addition, resources will be provide to allow teens, educators and parents on where to turn to get help in addressing this issue.
