My mom is an expert though and likes to work alone, as though I'd even have the opportunity to go with her anyway seeing as we're 1,300 miles apart. For the event though, I hear layers and comfort are key to a successful morning. I imagine for the shopping you'll need something you can throw on and off in order to try things on because fitting rooms are not an option, I assume. What to Wear to Thanksgiving Dinner

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Thanksgiving is a day to celebrate flowy tops and elastic waist bands. It's a true American holiday: eat until you can't eat anymore. Many people I know have a more casual Thanksgiving, but then there are the questions of what can I wear that will let my full belly be comfortable and what will be cute and appropriate for a family occasion? </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I have 3 different outfits to answer such questions. I love the black and yellow mix right now. The dark top with the happy bright sweater adds to the Chi of the meal and of the holiday; in the darkness of winter you'll bring warmth and joy to the home. Just avoid anything that is tight around the middle area of your body. I recommend jeggings because they make your legs look great and typically you don't have to wear a belt. To reach this goal, mix rich colors with cotton and find a pretty delicate top and classy essentials to finish the look. And, of course, dress for comfort. Plus, it fits right in with the season's style. Tulip style skirts and dresses add some sex appeal, showing a little more leg than normal hem-lines. A delicate lace top is another hot style this season and the beige color gives endless options and ways to mix and match with other items already in your closet. But, as I opened my blinds, I saw blue skies and most of the snow had melted away, much to my disappointment. I fully enjoy snow storms...well...most storms that is. I know it's simple, but sometimes simplicity is the way to go when you're going to a Pancake Breakfast to raise money for St. Jude's Children Hospital. The pretty little gold badge that you'll see in many of my pictures is my Student Observing Badge for the Division of Communication Disorders. I've been a very busy gal watching the Graduate students work with clients and I've a learned a lot about how to give effective treatment. So excited to be an SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) in the future! </div><br />On an entertainment note, I am counting down the days to Dexter Season 6! I don't know about you but I am a huge Dexter Morgan fan and can't wait to see how Dexter will get away with murder this season. Secondly, I watched the TV show Pan Am last night, LOVE!
